This work is a musical novel.

It blends narrative, reconstructed memories, and songs. The decision to have Saint John Paul II speak in the first person is an artistic choice; it does not in any way claim to represent the literal accuracy of the words attributed to the Pope.

These pages are freely inspired by his life, his speeches, and the accounts of those who knew him.

They do not claim to serve as a historical reference

or a work of history. All factual information—locations, dates, people, and events—has been verified and validated against consistent public sources.

Elements involving the inner voice, a confidential tone, or song belong to the realm of fiction; they are a way of approaching a memory, not replacing it.
